The Platform is operated by Sub Nexs Continental Sdn Bhd (Reg No. 1568060-V), offering VR-based display and interactive services, including but not limited to virtual showrooms, interactive product experiences, social features, and content creation.

3. 用户资格

User Eligibility

本平台面向全球用户，使用者须年满13岁。如您所在地区法定年龄更高，则须符合法律规定年龄。

The Platform is available globally. Users must be at least 13 years old, or older if required by local laws.

4. 用户账户

1. 用户须提供真实有效的信息进行注册。
2. 用户有责任保护账户信息的机密性。
3. 平台保留暂停或终止任何违反本条款账户的权利。

Some services are free while others require payment based on selected plans. All fees are subject to the prices published on the Platform at the time. Payments can be made via the above-mentioned bank details.

User-Generated Content

1. 用户可上传内容（如3D模型、语音、图像等），但必须确保其不侵犯任何第三方权利或违反法律法规。
2. 用户授予平台全球性、非独占、免许可费的使用权，以展示、传播其上传内容。
3. Users may upload content (e.g. 3D models, voice, images), provided such content does not infringe third-party rights or violate any laws.
4. By uploading, users grant the Platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute such content.

7. 禁止行为

Prohibited Conduct

禁止以下行为：

1. 上传违法、淫秽、虚假或具有攻击性的内容
2. 利用平台进行欺诈或非法交易
3. 干扰平台正常运行或攻击系统
4. Prohibited conduct includes:

6. Using the platform for fraud or illegal transactions
7. Interfering with or attacking the platform infrastructure
